4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the product page.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, or unforeseen delays.
- Nityavan is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of preserved moss artwork, returns are accepted only within 30 days of receipt of the product.
- In case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will review and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or partial refund.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
