At Nityavan, every moss artwork is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since our pieces are made from natural preserved moss and designed as unique art, we handle returns and refunds differently from standard products.

1. Standard Return Policy

• You may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Return shipping is free and included unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case, a return is not necessary.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the packaging and the artwork to info@nityavan.com.
• Once reviewed, we will arrange one of the following (at our discretion):

   

  • A replacement piece (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method.

     

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
