At Nityavan, we carefully prepare and package each moss artwork to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines before placing an order.

Order processing time :
Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. These times may vary during peak periods or promotions, but we strive to ship your order quickly.
Delivery time for orders:
Standard delivery time is estimated between 7 to 14 business days after order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering this number on the tracking page of our website or on the carrier’s website.
Lost or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will help you resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send you a replacement package.
Order cancellation:
We may cancel the order if the products are not shipped.
Once in transit, we will not accept any cancellations. You may, however, return your product. Please see our return and refund policy.
Change of address:
If you entered your address incorrectly or would like to change it, you have 12 hours to do so. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible.
